What we do

One organized place for your business.

We put your business emails, files and meeting notes in one organized place, so you can ask a question and get the answer, and see your whole business on one screen.

We use AI tools such as Grok and Cursor to connect the systems you already use and automate the busywork. We start with Microsoft 365. Connections to Google Workspace, Salesforce, QuickBooks and similar tools are on our roadmap.

QSI Six™

What you get.

  • An AI team for your front office. It works around the clock. AI helpers for calls, scheduling, invoices, parts and paperwork. One person directs them and approves each action.
  • Full visibility. One live view of jobs, deadlines, customers, bills and cash, for owners and managers.
  • Clear accountability. Each AI action that needs approval is recorded with who approved it and when.
  • Clear AI rules. A written policy for which AI tools your team uses, for what, and who checks the work.
  • One organized place. Your emails, files and meeting notes, filed in your own Microsoft 365 or Google account.
  • AI connected to your tools. We use AI tools such as Grok and Cursor, read-first. Nothing is sent, paid, signed or deleted until a person approves it.

What one person can do with an AI team

QSI is new. These are illustrative examples, not past results.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your organization. Share how your front office runs today.
  2. We set it up in your own account. AI rules first, then your AI team, library, connections and live view. Price confirmed in writing before work begins.
  3. Your team uses it, and we keep it running. Monthly check-ins, fixes and a short report.

Who it's for

Owners and managers of small and mid-size businesses who want one person to handle more of the front office and want a clear view of the whole business. For larger companies, we scope custom work in writing.

QSI helps small businesses cut admin overhead and refocus their teams on the real work.

QSI is new. These are illustrative examples, not past results.

Example: a small tree service

Illustrative example, not a client or a result.

The owner plus 3 employees. The owner is often up a tree and misses calls, and loses days driving to give estimates. The plan: AI answers missed calls and books estimate visits, customers send photos for an estimated quote confirmed on site, and the day's jobs are put in order to cut drive time, with a person approving the route. Bookkeeping support sorts the books; your own tax professional signs off. The owner sees every job, quote and bill in one place. Your crew does the work. One person runs the office with an AI team.

Example: a small auto repair shop

Illustrative example, not a client or a result.

The owner plus 2 employees. The owner is under a car most of the day, so calls, parts orders and the books pile up. The plan: one live view of jobs, cash, bills, parts and customers, plus an AI team. A receptionist answers calls and books appointments. Callers are told they are speaking with an AI assistant. A scheduler plans bays and techs and drafts service reminders, sent only to customers who agreed to receive them. A parts finder compares supplier prices and availability and drafts the order for the owner to approve. Shipping and receiving tracks parts orders, deliveries, cores and returns. Bookkeeping support connects to QuickBooks; the owner's own tax professional signs off. Website and search engine optimization updates are drafted for approval. A person approves every action, and each one is recorded. The owner gets back to the bay. The team refocuses on repair work.

What you get

What you get.

  • AI Rules Quick Start. For one-person shops: a written AI use policy plus a short training.
  • Clear AI rules. A written policy for how your team uses AI, plus training.
  • One organized place. Built to file your emails, files and meeting notes for you.
  • Answers with sources. Built to answer a question and show the file it came from.
  • The owner's dashboard. Built to show your jobs, deadlines, risks and cash on one screen.
  • Your tools connected. Works with Microsoft 365; Google, Salesforce and QuickBooks connections are on our roadmap. Nothing is paid, sent or changed until a person approves it.
  • Your own AI team. Built to give you role bots for maintenance, bookkeeping support, sales, service and marketing. Each one prepares the work, and a person approves it. Your own CPA signs off on the books.
  • Smart scheduling and route planning (add-on, by request). For field crews, jobs are put in an order that is built to cut drive time, using job locations, traffic and the nearest dump site. A person approves the route. Routes use job and dump-site locations only, never crew GPS or phone location.

Custom builds

  • AI answers your missed calls and books appointments. Callers are told they are speaking with an AI assistant. Calls are recorded only with every caller's consent.
  • Estimated quotes from customer photos, confirmed on site.

These are examples of the custom work QSI plans to do.

AI governance

What AI governance means

What AI governance means: clear rules for which AI tools your team uses, for what, and who checks the work. Like a safety program, but for AI.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your organization. Share what slows your office down.
  2. We set it up in your own account. We use AI tools such as Grok and Cursor to connect the systems you already use and automate the busywork. Price confirmed in writing before work begins.
  3. Your team uses it, and we keep it running. Monthly check-ins, fixes and a short report.

Available now and coming next.

Available now: AI Rules Quick Start and AI governance setup. Coming next: the Knowledge Repository and the owner's dashboard.

Your team

Do more with the team you have

AI should take the busywork, not your people. The goal is a faster, more capable office: fewer hours searching, re-typing and chasing updates, more time on customers and the work that pays.

Examples

Examples

Illustrative examples, not clients or results.

  • Tree service (owner plus 3 employees): Your crew does the work. AI does the office. Illustrative example, not a client. AI answers calls while the owner is up a tree and books estimate visits. Callers are told they are speaking with an AI assistant. Calls are recorded only with every caller's consent. Customers send photos and get an estimated quote, confirmed on site.
  • Plumbing company: any dispatcher answers "what did we quote?" in a minute.
  • Dental office: new hires learn the front desk from cited answers. No patient health data goes in.
  • Accounting firm: consistent answers on firm procedure during busy season.

Your data

Your data, your rules

  • Your library lives in your own Microsoft 365 or Google account, and we do not keep a copy. Any AI service that reads it is one you approve, under that service's terms.
  • A person approves anything that sends, pays, signs or deletes. No passwords or bank numbers stored.
  • If you add team availability, it is opt-in and status only. No GPS.
