- A four-day week. Our standard schedule is four days, 32 hours, at full-time pay, where client contracts allow.
- Health coverage you choose. QSI gives you a monthly health allowance to help pay for the health plan you choose, such as a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan or any other qualifying plan in your state. It is tax-free when you have qualifying coverage.
- 401(k) with a Roth option (planned). We plan to offer a 401(k) with a Roth option. QSI matches 100% of what you put in, up to 4% of your pay, from day one.
- Time off. Paid time off, paid holidays, and 40 hours of paid sick and safe leave each year, available after 90 days.
- Flexible schedules. Your schedule fits your role and your customer's site. Where the contract and customer allow, we support 4/10 and 9/80 schedules and remote work.
