Government Sales Consulting

Learn to sell to the U.S. government, the right way.

Now accepting inquiries. Plain-English coaching for small and mid-size companies new to federal sales, designed to help you register, find opportunities and compete.

We work with small, medium and large businesses, as well as government.

The problem we solve

  • Federal buying has its own rules, systems and vocabulary.
  • Good companies miss opportunities because they do not know where to look.
  • Proposals get thrown out for missing a requirement.

What we do

  • Registration: guidance on SAM.gov, your UEI, CAGE code and NAICS codes.
  • Opportunity finding: SAM.gov searches, agency forecasts, Sources Sought notices and RFIs.
  • Contract vehicles: general guidance on which contract types fit your offering.
  • Small business programs: general guidance on SBA programs such as 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB and VetCert.
  • Proposals and teaming: compliance checks, win themes and prime or subcontractor strategy.

How it works

Assess your registrations, codes and readiness.

Review progress and adjust.

Outcomes: cost, schedule, performance

QSI has no results to report yet. Before work starts, we agree on a baseline and how we measure, then report against it. We track your time and spend on federal pursuits, time to milestones such as first proposal submitted, and the quality of your responses.

SAM.gov registration: Active. UEI: RB8DRNA6VTE8. CAGE code: 26TB2.

SAM.gov registration allows QSI to compete for federal awards. It does not mean any government agency endorses QSI.

FAQ

Can you guarantee we will win a contract?

No. Agencies make award decisions. Our service is designed to help you understand the process and compete more effectively, but no one can guarantee an award.

Do we have to pay to register in SAM.gov?

No. SAM.gov registration is free. Be careful of outside services that charge for it or imply they are official. We show you how to register yourself.

Can you tell us if we qualify for 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB or VetCert?

We explain the programs in general terms and point you to the official SBA requirements. The SBA decides eligibility, and your counsel should review any legal questions.
