QSI Six™, front office system for small, medium and large businesses

Run your whole company from one screen, with an AI team doing the office work.

QSI Six™ gives owners and managers one live view of money, schedule, customers and people. A team of AI bots handles routine office work, and a person approves what matters. QSI sets it up around the way your company already works.

We work with small, medium and large businesses, as well as government.

Your accounts, your keys, your approval.

What you are buying

  • QSI Six™ software. A live owner and manager view on phone and web, an AI bot team with job roles, and an approval inbox.
  • Setup with QSI. We map how your company works, connect the tools you approve, and set your rules, approvers and dashboards with you.
  • Training and support. Short training for each role, plus a support channel and office hours. Support does not include legal, tax or accounting advice.
  • Embedded engineer (option, by request). QSI offers a full-time embedded AI governance engineer, a QSI employee, who reports to your leadership. They never approve actions on your behalf.

QSI Six™ is in development. QSI is running it on its own business first, with pilot customers to follow. QSI has no results to report yet.

Why now

  • In McKinsey's 2025 global survey, 88 percent of respondents said their organizations use AI in at least one business function. Only 7 percent said AI was fully scaled across the organization.
  • In a study of 5,179 customer support agents, an AI assistant increased issues resolved per hour by 14 percent on average, and by 34 percent for novice and low-skilled agents (NBER, 2023).

Most companies already have access to AI. The hard part is putting it to work inside how the company runs, under rules the owner controls. That is the job QSI Six™ is built to do.

One screen for the whole company

The Common Operating Picture (COP) answers one question in seconds: how are we doing right now? Each tile shows green, yellow or red, who owns it, the target and the trend, and links to the source record.

  • Money. Cash on hand, days of cash left, invoices due and spend against budget.
  • Schedule. Your master schedule, milestones, late tasks and what is at risk.
  • Marketing and sales. Leads, pipeline, proposals and campaigns.
  • Customers. Engagement, open requests and satisfaction.
  • Delivery and support. Jobs in progress, delivered work and service tickets.
  • People. Who is in, remote, traveling or out of office, as your team reports it, and what each team is working on.
  • AI team. What the bots did, what they are doing now and what waits for your approval.

Your AI team does the office work

In QSI Six™, bots work like staff with job roles, such as office manager, bookkeeping support, scheduler, sales assistant and customer service. They draft, research, enter data, schedule, follow up and report. Your people direct the work, check it and approve it.

  • Approvals. QSI Six™ is being built so that actions that send, pay, sign or delete require a person's approval before they run.
  • Autonomy you set. Each bot can be set from "suggest only" up to "act within limits you set," and paused at any time.
  • A clear record. Bot actions and approvals are designed to be logged in a record you can review.
  • Daily briefing. Start the day with what the bots did, what needs your decision and what is off track.

FAQ

What exactly do I get?

QSI Six™ set up for your company: the live COP on phone and web, an AI bot team with job roles, an approval inbox and an activity record, plus training and support.

Will bots move money or sign anything?

Not on their own. QSI Six™ is being built so that a named person approves every payment, purchase, signature, access change and deletion. Outgoing messages are drafts that a person sends.

Will this replace my staff?

QSI Six™ is built to take routine office work off your team so people can spend more time on customers, quality and decisions. How you staff your company stays your call.

Do you track our employees?

No. QSI Six™ does not track keystrokes, screens or location. The People tile shows only the status your team chooses to share, such as in office, remote or on leave.

Do you need our passwords or bank numbers?

No. We never ask for passwords, logins or bank numbers. You create and own every account and can revoke access at any time.

Does QSI certify us or confirm we meet a law's requirements?

No. QSI does not certify, audit or give legal advice, and does not confirm that you meet any law or standard. Talk to your own attorney or auditor about legal requirements.
