Innovation Center (planned)
From idea to fielded product, faster.
QSI plans an innovation space and dedicated AI compute where techs, developers and cyber staff work side by side from prototype to product.
We work with small, medium and large businesses, as well as government.
The problem we solve
- Prototypes stall without compute, lab space and skilled hands in one place.
- Getting from demo to supportable product takes too long.
- Hardware, software and cyber teams work apart.
What we plan to provide
- Dedicated AI compute for training, testing and running AI workloads.
- A prototype lab for rapid hardware builds.
- Developers to turn prototypes into tested code.
- Cyber staff to design security into the work from day one.
How it will work
Scope
Goals, team and how success is measured.
Build and test in short cycles.
Harden security, reliability and documentation.
Hand off a product ready for the next step.
Outcomes: cost, schedule, performance
QSI has no results to report yet. Before work starts, we agree on a baseline and how we measure, then report against it. We plan to track spend against scope, time to each milestone, and test results against agreed requirements.
