Talent & Field Support
SETA and support staff, trained in AI.
Now accepting inquiries. QSI is a hiring services firm. We provide SETA support and engineers, analysts, program staff and field support to the federal government and the private sector. Every QSI employee is trained in AI and works with a team of AI bots. The bots take on routine work. The person directs it, checks it and approves it. Our people work alongside AI tools to get more done. A person reviews and approves every output.
We work with small, medium and large businesses, as well as government.
The problem we solve
- Good people get buried in drafting, data entry and status reports.
- AI tools are everywhere, but few teams use them well or safely.
- Programs run for years and need continuity.
How the bots and the person work together
A QSI professional does not work alone. Each one runs a set of AI bots, set up for the role and working inside your rules and the accounts you approve.
- Drafting. Bots write first drafts of reports, emails, briefings and documents.
- Research. Bots gather and summarize sources, standards and past work.
- Data entry. Bots fill trackers, logs and forms from approved sources.
- Scheduling. Bots track deadlines, propose meetings and prepare reminders.
- Reporting. Bots build status reports and dashboards on a set rhythm.
The person directs the work, checks every output and approves what goes out. Our people work alongside AI tools to get more done. A person reviews and approves every output. This describes how QSI professionals are set up to work, not a measured result.
What the research shows
- In a preregistered experiment with 453 college-educated professionals, ChatGPT cut time on writing tasks by 40 percent and improved output quality by 18 percent (Science, 2023).
- Customer support agents with an AI assistant resolved 14 percent more issues per hour on average, and novice and low-skilled agents 34 percent more (NBER, 2023).
These studies measured single tasks, not whole jobs. QSI builds on them by giving each professional bots for many routine tasks at once, with a person reviewing the work.
